2017 Wedding Photography Year in Review – Wow, where did that year go? Twenty eight weddings and over fifteen thousand edited images later, here I am again, trying to put a selection together of some of last year’s shots that continue to make me smile, either for the sheer gorgeousness of the location and those in it or just a lovely moment where I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. And yet again, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some absolutely brilliant, trusting couples who without hesitation put their joint faith in me to capture their wedding day as I saw fit. Thank you everyone.
Wedding photography really can span the widest emotional landscape and the pictures I’ve selected below from 2017 are chosen with this in mind: from the father’s face walking his daughter down the aisle as he desperately tries to hold things together to the young pageboy with his wonderful, timely wardrobe malfunction. All wonderful, never to be repeated moments that make wedding days so special. I really hope you like them as much as I do.
So here’s to a happy, healthy 2018 everyone and of course do get in touch if you happen to be getting married this year, next year or later still. I’d love to help.
Cheers, Ian
